Roles & responsibilities

Who does what in every deal

Every escrow case has three clear roles. Knowing them before you start keeps the deal fast, fair and fully protected.

Buyer

  • Deposit the full agreed amount into the escrow vault before delivery begins.
  • Inspect the goods or services promptly once delivery is confirmed.
  • Release funds only after verifying the delivery matches the agreed terms.
  • Provide accurate identity and payment details for compliance checks.

Seller

  • Ship, transfer or deliver exactly what was described in the deal terms.
  • Provide tracking, proof or documentation requested by the escrow analyst.
  • Confirm receipt and condition only after the buyer has verified delivery.
  • Maintain ownership rights until funds are released from escrow.

PremiumEscrow

  • Hold funds in a segregated, insured account until both parties approve release.
  • Verify identities and ownership before the case moves to funding.
  • Mediate disputes fairly and freeze assets when a claim is filed.
  • Maintain a complete audit trail and never release funds without authorization.

Terms of service

The rules that protect both sides

Acceptance of service+

By opening an escrow case or joining our Telegram group, you agree to these terms and authorize PremiumEscrow to hold and disburse funds according to the agreed instructions.

Escrow process+

The buyer funds the vault, the seller delivers, and both parties confirm before release. Either party may request a hold if delivery is disputed. Funds are never released until the dispute is resolved.

Fees+

Fees are shown before a case is funded and are deducted from the released amount unless the parties agree otherwise. Minimum fees apply and are non-refundable once the case is active.

Prohibited transactions+

We do not support illegal goods, regulated items without proper licensing, weapons, gambling, or any transaction that violates applicable law in the buyer's, seller's or our operating jurisdiction.

Dispute resolution+

Disputes are reviewed by a neutral escrow analyst. Both parties submit evidence within the timeframe given. The analyst's decision is final and binding regarding release, return or split of funds.

Limitation of liability+

PremiumEscrow's liability is limited to the amount held in escrow for a given case. We are not liable for losses arising from false information, market changes or events outside our reasonable control.

Privacy & data+

Identity and transaction data are collected only for compliance, dispute handling and regulatory reporting. We do not sell personal data. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to terms+

We may update these terms. Active cases continue under the terms in force when funding began. New cases are governed by the latest published terms.
