How it works
Secure trades in three simple steps
PremiumEscrow removes the trust problem from peer-to-peer deals. Deposit, verify, release — with a neutral analyst watching every step.
Fund the vault
The buyer deposits the full transaction amount into a segregated, insured escrow account. Funds are frozen instantly and cannot be touched by either party until the deal terms are met.
You will receive a unique case number, deposit instructions, and confirmation once the vault is funded. No delivery should begin until funding is verified.
Verify the delivery
The seller ships, transfers or delivers the goods or service. The buyer inspects and confirms that everything matches the agreed description.
If something is missing, damaged or not as described, the buyer can place a hold within the inspection window. Evidence is reviewed by a neutral escrow analyst.
Release the funds
Once both parties confirm satisfaction, PremiumEscrow releases the funds to the seller and issues a signed audit trail for the transaction.
Most payouts are processed instantly to the seller's linked account. International transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the banking corridor.

What happens from first message to final release
Open your case
Start on Telegram or request a deal. An analyst collects the terms, identities and payment details from both sides.
Sign the terms
Both parties approve the written deal terms, including price, inspection period, shipping responsibilities and fee split.
Buyer funds escrow
The buyer sends the agreed amount to the escrow vault. Funds are ring-fenced and insured from the moment they arrive.
Seller delivers
The seller ships or transfers the asset and provides proof. Tracking and documentation are stored in the case file.
Inspection window
The buyer has a protected window to inspect and confirm. Issues are flagged to the analyst before any release.
Release & close
After approval, funds are released to the seller and a final audit record is issued to both parties.
Human support at every step
You are not left talking to a bot. A named escrow analyst is assigned to your case, tracks progress, answers questions and steps in if anything goes off track.

How long does the whole process take?+
Most cases complete in 1–5 business days. Funding and release are usually same-day; shipping and inspection time depends on the asset.
What if the buyer doesn't release the funds?+
If the buyer refuses without a valid dispute, the analyst reviews the evidence and can authorize release to the seller after the inspection window closes.
What if the seller never ships?+
Funds remain locked. After reviewing proof of non-delivery, the analyst returns the full deposit to the buyer minus any non-refundable fees disclosed upfront.
